Service itself is good, he does what he is told. I'm not sure on how he levels the characters, but sometimes he uses up the monster park dailies and asked him about it, but did not explain why. Communication itself is really poor and I think it is the language barriers, but he does what he is told.

Not too bad, this person does what he/she is paid for. Not sure, how long it takes to 1-140 these days but I think he took about half a day to make one. Communication was little weird, I'd be working on a character and he gets on the character I am working on and levels that character. Overall not too bad.
